		<description>Well said.

I am also in the same boat because although I am quite impressed with last year in terms of my career, I am fairly disappointed with my health.

Since November I have stopped smoking, and since the new year I now run twice a week, bike ride once, and do circuit training 3 times per week. Sunday my off day.

Combined with eating a balanced diet I am beginning to feel much better.

Alcohol was a big player in my life also... I couldn't just have one, I had to have 5, or 10. But I have changed with this also.

Although it is difficult self dicipline is all it really takes.

Thats the first time I have had chance to tell anyone about my achievements so far, and it feels great.

Good luck brother, I know you can pull it all back together.
